How Does It Work?
At Studio Haven, we offer a creative studio rental experience designed to make your photo dreams possible. You can book our space by the hour, giving you full access to our studio amenities, styled setups, and natural-light spaces.
Please note: renting studio time does not include a photographer — you are booking the space only.
Our Studio Spaces
Our space is designed to be versatile and inspiring, with curated furniture, props, and backdrops that can be moved or rearranged to fit your vision. We keep the layout neutral enough for all types of sessions, so you can make it your own during your rental.
Fresh + Seasonal Updates
We love keeping the space feeling fresh and inspiring. Throughout the year, we rotate furniture, sets, and props to match the seasons
When Should I Plan My Photos?
Give yourself a comfortable timeline before your session. Build in extra time in case you need to reschedule, and allow space for your photographer to edit and deliver your images, especially if you’re planning to use them for cards, prints, or a special event.
Example:
If you want Christmas cards, try to book your session in October. That gives your photographer time to edit, you time to order and address your cards, and still get them mailed on time.
Example:
If you want birthday photos for your child’s first birthday, aim to shoot 4–6 weeks before their birthday. This way, even if you have to reschedule, you’ll have your photos back in time to share and print.
How to Choose the Right Photographer
Here are a few things to think about when picking your photographer:
Posed vs. Candid
Do you want everyone looking at the camera and smiling, or more natural, emotional moments? Look at their portfolio to see which they specialize in.
Style
Do you love light + airy, dark + moody, or something in between? An experienced photographer will have a consistent style across their portfolio.
The Experience
Do they offer a client closet or styling help? Do they have studio access? Are they responsive and easy to work with? Don’t be afraid to ask questions to get a feel for their process and personality.
